This Spartan looks to have most of original wood paneling in it, may be some water damage. An AC unit was added to the front window. The kitchen has the stove it in, but no refrigerator. The bathroom has all the fixtures. No hot water tank. One side table for the bedroom is missing. The curved windows at the corners are intact. New electric wires have been run along the walls and shows. The floor is solid.
